Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for creating a return shipping label.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, full-priced items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit Gift Card or Exchange. As we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
All change-of-mind returns must be within 14 days of Velero fulfilling your order.

Damages and issues
Despite the fact that all products of Velero pass through quality control checks, we understand that on the rare occasion, an item has the possibility of being faulty.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@velero-au.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a size from the one you have ordered and we have the alternative size in stock on our website please contact info@velero-au.com to initiate a size exchange.
If we do not have your size in stock on the website, we are unable to offer a size exchange for the size you desire. The wrong size can be returned to us for a Store Credit Gift Card, as we do not offer refunds for wrong-size returns.
All requests for a size exchange must be completed within 14 days of Velero fulfilling your order. All requests for size exchange returns after this allocated timeframe will not be accepted.
All customers are heavily advised to read the size chart, provided for every product, thoroughly before placing an order.
